Decal sheet designed by Studio27 and
printed by Cartograf, of the decoration of the Citroen DS3 WRC driven by Benito Guerra in the 2013 edition of the rally in his country, Mexico. A more complicated decoration than it seems at first glance, because if we look closely, the sections colored in pink and green include some
tribal drawings, which are also found in the logo of one of the main sponsors, Mexico itself.

The Citroën DS3 WRC was introduced in 2010, replacing the successful Citroën C4 WRC in the 2011 World Rally Championship. The DS3 WRC was developed under the new regulations imposed for 2011, where the main change compared to the previous generation of WRC it was in the power unit, as the two-liter turbo engines were replaced by 1.6-liter turbocharged engines. After a full year of testing, the DS3 WRC made its debut in February 2011 at Rally Sweden. The Citroën DS3 WRC contested a total of 67 rounds in the world championship, achieving 26 victories and 67 podiums, and the titles for both drivers and manufacturers in 2011 and 2012. With those 26 victories in the World Rally Championship, the DS3 WRC ranks third on the list of Citroën's most successful rally cars, behind the C4 WRC (36 wins) and the Xsara WRC (32 wins).

The Japanese brand
Studio27 was one of the pioneers in creating accessories so that we could improve and modify our models. Decals, photo-etched parts and transkits were quite a discovery a few years ago. They have continued to innovate, and without neglecting the products that earned their well-deserved fame, their commitment to carbon fiber patterns for many of our models has been another huge success. Absolutely essential!
